Some Common Outlook Issues Solved

Several people all over the world, trust only Microsoft Outlook, when it comes to managing their emails. But, in the midst of managing emails from multiple accounts, if something goes wrong technically and poses an impediment in the path of Outlook working properly, the situation can be extremely frustrating. So let us take a look at some common Microsoft Outlook issues and how they can be tackled without the assistance of professionals.

  • Outlook running very slow: The most probable reason for this issue is the Outlook.pst data file. This is the file that contains all the Outlook data, so by making this file smaller in size, the operating speed of Outlook can be increased. If this does not work, archiving your old messages can also do the trick.
  • Data not showing when logged in from a different location: To be able to see all the data even after logging in from a different direction, the entire .pst folder needs to be copied, every time the location is being switched. But this process can be very cumbersome if locations are being changed often. In such cases, Outlook can be accessed from the desktop computer remotely.
  • Losing critical email data: To prevent critical emailing data from getting lost, taking regular backups of the same is extremely important. This can be done by going to “Account Settings”, open the “Outlook.pst” file, then copy the entire content to a location on the hard drive. So, if loss of data takes place, then the Outlook can be reinstalled and data can be imported back.

How to fix “Printer is Offline” in HP printers?

One of the most common issues with HP printers is the “Printer is offline” message. As soon as this message flashes, the printer stops functioning altogether. If you want to solve this issue on your own, and own a Windows-based PC, then there is something you can do. Download the tool called HP Print Diagnostic Utility. However, you must remember that it is available only for new products and Mac users will not be able to use it.

After downloading the tool, you will find that the user-interface window of the tool contains instructions in detail regarding any issue. The Green check stands for “no error”, Yellow check stands for “warning” and the Red check symbolizes some error that needs to be corrected. There will also be “fix” buttons for each of the issues and they can be clicked to perform the troubleshooting process.

In case this does not work, then you can restart the system, check the print queue in the taskbar notification region. If you do not see any print jobs or the error message does not show anymore, then the issue has been solved.

If this too does not work, getting in touch with HP printer support professional is a wise idea. Albion PC Care provides excellent HP printer troubleshooting services. All you need to do is call them on their toll free number: 800 015 5143. The techies are available 24/7 to be of service to you.
