How to fix “Printer is Offline” in HP printers?

One of the most common issues with HP printers is the “Printer is offline” message. As soon as this message flashes, the printer stops functioning altogether. If you want to solve this issue on your own, and own a Windows-based PC, then there is something you can do. Download the tool called HP Print Diagnostic Utility. However, you must remember that it is available only for new products and Mac users will not be able to use it.

After downloading the tool, you will find that the user-interface window of the tool contains instructions in detail regarding any issue. The Green check stands for “no error”, Yellow check stands for “warning” and the Red check symbolizes some error that needs to be corrected. There will also be “fix” buttons for each of the issues and they can be clicked to perform the troubleshooting process.

In case this does not work, then you can restart the system, check the print queue in the taskbar notification region. If you do not see any print jobs or the error message does not show anymore, then the issue has been solved.

If this too does not work, getting in touch with HP printer support professional is a wise idea. Albion PC Care provides excellent HP printer troubleshooting services. All you need to do is call them on their toll free number: 800 015 5143. The techies are available 24/7 to be of service to you.
